UK-Wide Service Contracts are available from Goodman Sparks.
These are fully Managed Service Contracts delivered through Goodman Sparks via a mature service network providing support to our customers throughout the country.
Repair Time
Fast and efficient service - 97% of all service calls are repaired on the first visit to site.
Service Levels
Service contracts are available with a variety of service targets, for example you can select from a base level '8 Hour' response service (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm) right through to our 'Sameday 24', 8 hour response service (24 x 7 x 365).

Work Through To Finish Policy
Our Engineers will remain on-site beyond standard hours to complete your repair unless it is more practical to return later due to issues such as building closure times or staff unavailability.
Management Information
Each contract has a dedicated Account Manager who's task it is to provide our Managed Service customers with full service reporting and regular service reviews.
