Jonathan joined us in June 2008 and is the second generation of the Sparks family, following in the footsteps of his father, Roger, who first established the company in 1971. He is responsible for overall management of the company, happy to assist with all sales enquiries for equipment or our laundry services.

Jerry heads up our business development team. He is responsible for generating new business and for ensuring that all aspects of our product and service portfolio are made available to our customers, both current and future.

Joanne is the all rounder in our sales team. She can help you with everything from product advice and installation scheduling through to invoicing information. Joanne will assist with quotations for all of our products and services.

Service Division
Mike is our Service Manager responsible for all aspects of our UK service operations. He can help you with advice about which of our service options will best suit your equipment and application. Mike has a vast knowledge of the laundry industry.

Chris is a key member of our Service Team and deputises for Mike when required. He is technically experienced in all aspects of laundry equipment having trained extensively both in the UK and abroad. Chris is a great source for technical data and troubleshooting advice.

Mastercare Division
Kevin manages up our Mastercare Division and is responsible for all aspects of business in this area. He can help you with product advice, quotations and site surveys. Kevin will personally Project Manage all installations.

Cathy is responsible for the management of our Retail Launderette and Dry Cleaning Division. She can help with advice on all aspects of the cleaning process and linen management. Cathy is available to answer queries and share her vast experience in linen care.
