Customer Service


It is through delivering excellent customer service that we have grown our business, largely via referals from satisfied customers. Service is delivered by our in-house team of Engineers underpinned by approximately £100,000 worth of OEM (Original Engineering Manufacture) spare parts to ensure the smooth operation of all machines supplied by the Company.

Repair Time    

 

   Fast and efficient service - It is our aim to complete all repairs within 24 hours of receiving your call.
  97% of all service calls repaired on the first visit to site.
 

Service Levels
Service agreements are available with a choice of service targets, for example you can select from our base level  8 Hour Service  response (standard business hours) right through to our Sameday 24 service which also has an 8 hour response commitment but with a 24 x 7 x 365 service window.

Work Through To Finish Policy
Our Engineers will remain on-site beyond standard hours to complete your repair unless it is more practical to return later due to issues such as building closure times or staff unavailability.

Engineer Quality
Our Engineers are all Corgi registered and are fully trained and manufacturer accredited on the equipment we supply.  Our aim is to complete all repairs within 24 hours of receiving your call. 

Service Summary
From our all inclusive Maintenance Service, Rental Service and Revenue Share Service, right through to our option of Service Callouts for clients who prefer a 'per-event' pricing structure, we have a number of flexible service packages available for customers to choose from.
