Work Through To Finish Policy
Our Engineers will remain on-site beyond standard hours to complete your repair unless it is more practical to return later due to issues such as building closure times or staff unavailability.
Our Engineers are all Gas Safe registered and are fully trained and manufacturer accredited on the equipment we supply.
From our all inclusive Maintenance Service, Rental Service and Revenue Share Service, right through to our option of Service Callouts for clients who prefer a 'per-event' pricing structure, we have a number of flexible service packages available for customers to choose from.
At Goodman Sparks we offer a no obligation free-of-charge site survey to all clients.
Each installation project, large or small has a dedicated Project Co-ordinator assigned to it to ensure the work is completed on-time and within budget.
The installation of all equipment is undertaken by our own Installation Engineering Team who are fully trained on all equipment and are Gas Safe Registered.
Our Engineers will extend all plumbing, electrical, gas and ducting services provided within the laundry room as required.
Pricing for installation work is calculated on a per-installation basis from information obtained during the site survey.
